Money plant loves humidity and bright indirect sunlight.....what is the location of your plant? Fertilize it with high Nitrogen fertilizer ,also check water logging

Hope you haven't disturbed the roots...neem doesn't like roots disturbance. ....now the plant is in stress ...keep it in shade to semi shade for a few days ...remove all the leaves. ..wait for new growth

It depends on the growth...keep only one branch .....remove regularly all the new growth...you will get 2 meters length within one year

I live in a very hot part of Australia where temperatures can get up to 45 -47 degrees C. I hard grow my plants and leave them in full sun but try and give the pots some protection to keep the roots cooler and also watch the trunks for sunburn. On the hottest of days, the worst damage I've had is a little leaf tip dieback in older leaves.
Plus 45 degree is very hot, yes you have to protect the plants, can put under semi shade area of your garden. I have many plants and I keep some plants out side ..have got sunburn but plant survived 45 degree temperature
